Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 16420. Plan of street to be opened

When a jury is appointed for assessing damages for the opening of any street, it shall be the duty of the city solicitor to procure at the expense of the city, a correct plan of the street to be opened, showing also all the properties through which it may pass, said plan to be prepared and ready for the use of the jury at their first meeting.
