Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 16103.3. Limitation on taxing powers

Nothing contained in this act shall be construed to empower any school district of the first class pursuant to the authority conferred upon it by the city council to levy and collect any taxes not within the taxing power of the school district under the Constitution and statutes of this Commonwealth and the Constitution and statutes of the United States.
