Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 15912. Filing of transcript of proceedings

Prior to the delivery of revenue bonds, the city shall file with the court of common pleas of the county a transcript of the proceedings authorizing their issuance which shall include a certified copy of the bond ordinance or ordinances, an executed or certified copy of the report of the chief fiscal officer required by subsection (a) of section 8 of this act and an executed copy of the opinion of the city solicitor required by subsection (b) of section 8 of this act.
