Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 1541. Improving or equipping

Any municipality or township having within its boundaries State owned or operated property may appropriate money to improve or equip the property if the State agency, commission or department having control of the property consents to the improvements which are to be made or to the equipment which is to be installed.  Any improvements made or any equipment installed shall be maintained by the municipality or township.
