Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 15352. Fee;  license non-transferable;  revocation

The fee for a license, as provided for in this act, shall be ten dollars per annum for each rag-shop, second-hand paper-shop, and junk-shop;  the license shall not be transferable as to person or place, and shall be revocable upon failure to comply with the rules and regulations of such board of health.
