Drainage, sewerage, or plumbing work must not be covered or concealed in any manner until after it is inspected and approved by the Board or Bureau of Health. 1 Notice must be given said board or bureau, upon blanks to be furnished by it, when the work is sufficiently advanced for such inspection; when it shall be the duty of the proper officers to inspect the same within three days after receipt of said notice.
