Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 14163. Lease;  contract for use by United States

Any city acquiring land under the provisions of this act may lease the same or part thereof to any individual or corporation desiring to use the same for the purpose of landing or starting an aeroplane therefrom or for other aviation purposes, on such terms and subject to such conditions and regulations as may be provided;  and any such city may enter into a contract in the form of a lease, providing for the use of said land or any part thereof by the Government of the United States for the use by said Government of said land for aviation, mail delivery, or other aviation purposes, upon nominal or other rental or without consideration.
