Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 14131. Park commissioners authorized to acquire property adjoining parks

Commissioners in charge of public parks within cities of the first class of this Commonwealth are hereby authorized to purchase, acquire, enter upon, take, use, and appropriate, for public park purposes, private property adjoining any public park within said cities, whenever, in their opinion, such property shall be necessary for the improvement of said park.
