Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 13605. Bureau of music;  validation of existing ordinances

All ordinances heretofore enacted by any city of the first class, for the establishment and organization, of a Bureau of Music, as a part of the Department of Public Welfare of such cities, or appropriating moneys for the maintenance, support, and uses, of such bureau, be and the same are hereby ratified and confirmed.
