Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 12685. Effective date of Article XVIII

Article eighteen, relating to indebtedness, shall go into effect one month after the approval of this act.  All matters and things therein required to be done by the council shall, until the first Monday of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, be done by the council or councils now in office.
