Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 12639. Minutes of commission;  annual report;  publication

The commission shall keep minutes of its official acts, and shall make to the council an annual report, showing its own actions, the rules and regulations, and all the exceptions thereto, in force, and the practical effects thereof, and any suggestions it may approve for the more effectual accomplishment of the purposes of this article.  Five hundred copies of the annual report shall be printed for public distribution.  The appointing authority may require a report from said commission at any time respecting any matter within the scope of its duties hereunder.
