Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 12135. Powers of commissions to execute trust not affected

This article  1 shall not limit or affect in any way the authority conferred by law upon any commission to lay out, improve, or maintain any public park in any such city now under the control of such commission, nor shall it restrict in any way the exercise of full discretion by such commission in the execution of any trust created by deed or will.
