The members of the jury, other than the mayor, shall consist of a painter, a sculptor, an architect, a member of a commission having control of a public park in said city not holding any other office under the city government, and four other persons not engaged in the practice of the professions of painting, sculpture, or architecture, but at least three of whom, at the date of their appointment, shall be members of the governing body or teaching force of a corporation or corporations organized under the laws of this Commonwealth and conducting a school of art or architecture in said city. One of such members shall be an experienced business executive.
