Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 1031. Contracts with mutual fire insurance companies authorized

Any county, city, borough, incorporated town, township, school district, or poor district may make contracts of insurance with any mutual fire insurance company duly authorized by law to transact business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, on any building or property owned by such county, city, borough, incorporated town, township, school district, or poor district.
