Pennsylvania Statutes Title 51 P.S. Military Affairs § 20106. Payment of compensation dependent on passage of constitutional amendment

The compensation payable under this act shall be paid only in the event that funds are provided by a constitutional amendment authorizing the Commonwealth to increase its bonded indebtedness for this specific purpose.
