Pennsylvania Statutes Title 51 P.S. Military Affairs § 20105. Payment

Current as of January 01, 2025 | Updated by Findlaw Staff

The compensation payable under this act shall be paid by the State Treasurer from the Korean Conflict Veterans' Compensation Fund, to be created with funds realized from a proposed bond issue, if and when authorized, upon requisition by the Adjutant General.

Payments under this act shall be made as soon as possible after funds thereof are available.
