Pennsylvania Statutes Title 40 P.S. Insurance § 1303.410. Scope of reporting

For purposes of reporting health care-associated infections to the Commonwealth, its agencies and independent agencies, this chapter sets forth the applicable criteria to be utilized by health care facilities in making such reports. Nothing in this act shall supersede the requirements set forth in the act of April 23, 1956 (1955 P.L. 1510, No. 500),  1 known as the Disease Prevention and Control Law of 1955, and the regulations promulgated thereunder.
