Pennsylvania Statutes Title 39 P.S. Insolvency and Assignments § 273. Discharge not to release other persons

The discharge of a debtor by virtue of this act shall not acquit or release any other person from any debt, contract or engagement, or other liability, to which he was subject, but all other persons shall be answerable for the same in like manner as if such discharge had not taken place.
