Pennsylvania Statutes Title 39 P.S. Insolvency and Assignments § 272. Effect of discharge of petitioner arrested out of his own county

The discharge of any petitioner, who may have been arrested or imprisoned in any other county than that of his residence, shall not protect him from arrest or imprisonment for any debt except such as may be owing to the party at whose suit such debtor was arrested or imprisoned.
