Pennsylvania Statutes Title 39 P.S. Insolvency and Assignments § 263. Trustees to have power to compound; set-off

The trustees of such insolvent shall have power to compound with his debtors, in case of controversy, and to settle the same, by arbitration or otherwise, and the same right to set off shall exist, where there shall be mutual debts between the insolvent and such debtors, as in other cases.
