Pennsylvania Statutes Title 39 P.S. Insolvency and Assignments § 262. Actions by debtor not to abate

Current as of January 01, 2025 | Updated by Findlaw Staff

No action or other legal proceedings, instituted by such debtor, and pending at the time of the appointment of a trustee or trustees, as aforesaid, shall abate thereby, but the same shall be continued by, and enure to the benefit of such trustee or trustees.
