Pennsylvania Statutes Title 36 P.S. Highways and Bridges § 670-777. Order to rebuild; plans and specifications, etc.

In case the report of the viewers, or a majority of them, is in favor of the erection of the bridge, and the same is confirmed by the court, the court shall order and decree such rebuilding. Thereupon it shall be the duty of the department immediately to proceed and have prepared, in conformity with the report of the viewers, such plans and specifications of the proposed bridge as may be necessary, and appoint a superintendent of construction, and fix his compensation for said services.
