Pennsylvania Statutes Title 36 P.S. Highways and Bridges § 652s. Barriers to be erected on turnpike between Donegal and Bedford interchanges

The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission shall erect, and thereafter maintain and repair, along the Pennsylvania Turnpike between the Donegal and Bedford interchanges, medial guards or barriers which shall be of sufficient strength and height to effectively prevent vehicular traffic moving in one direction on the turnpike from crossing the medial line and entering the lanes provided for vehicular traffic moving in the opposite direction.
