Pennsylvania Statutes Title 36 P.S. Highways and Bridges § 652r. Tunnels on turnpike to be lighted

The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission shall cause the interior of each tunnel on the Pennsylvania Turnpike to be painted white or be lined with a light colored material which reflects light. It shall also equip each tunnel with continuous lighting of sufficient candlepower to eliminate any blind-vision areas while traveling through the tunnels.
