All roads, the width of which have been heretofore fixed under a standing rule of the court, and opened accordingly, or ordered to be opened, are hereby confirmed and made as valid and legal as if the width had been specially fixed by the court at the time of confirmation: Provided, That nothing herein contained shall be so construed as to affect the cases already adjudicated.
