The fifth section of the act relating to roads, highways and bridges, approved the twelfth day of June, 1836, 1 whereby the breadth of public roads is limited to fifty feet, be and the same is hereby repealed, so far as the same applies to the boroughs of this commonwealth, not incorporated under the provisions of the general borough law.
