Pennsylvania Statutes Title 35 P.S. Health and Safety § 829. Disposition of confiscated drugs

The district attorney of the county of this Commonwealth, who shall thus confiscate such drugs, is hereby authorized to deliver such drugs to the State Department of Health or to any other legally constituted health board of any county of this Commonwealth, as in his discretion he may deem fit.
