Pennsylvania Statutes Title 35 P.S. Health and Safety § 828. Confiscation of drugs offered in evidence

Current as of January 01, 2025 | Updated by Findlaw Staff

All drugs offered in evidence in the trial of any cause in this Commonwealth involving illegal sale or possession of such drugs, shall be confiscated by the district attorney of the county in which said trial takes place.
