The Department of Labor and Industry shall classify such registrations in such manner as shall best serve the purpose of ready reference, and shall furnish a copy thereof to the Pennsylvania Motor Police. 1 All such records shall be retained for a period of at least three years. The department shall have power to make and enforce rules and regulations to carry into effect and enforce the provisions of this act.
