Pennsylvania Statutes Title 35 P.S. Health and Safety § 1803. Motor vehicle registration

No motor vehicle shall be registered in the name of any alien, nor shall any license to operate a motor vehicle be issued to any alien except those exempted under the provisions of section one of this act,  1 unless such alien shall exhibit an alien identification card for the current registration period.
