Pennsylvania Statutes Title 32 P.S. Forests, Waters and State Parks § 815.103. Funds and properties

Any and all interests in the funds and properties of the Interstate Commission on the Delaware River Basin which are or may be in the possession or control of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or in which the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania may have an equity or to which the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania may have title are hereby transferred to the Delaware River Basin Commission with power in said Commission to hold, use and dispose of any and all such interests in accordance with the compact under which said Commission functions.
