Pennsylvania Statutes Title 32 P.S. Forests, Waters and State Parks § 815.102. Interstate Commission; Delaware River Basin Commission

The functions and powers of the Interstate Commission on the Delaware River are hereby transferred from that Commission to the Delaware River Basin Commission, an Interstate Commission, established by the act of July 7, 1961 (P.L. 518),  1 and any and all reference to the Interstate Commission on the Delaware River Basin shall be construed to mean the Delaware River Basin Commission.
