Pennsylvania Statutes Title 31 P.S. Food § 700j-1005. Proceedings before the board

Appropriate proceedings against any milk dealer violating this act or the rules, regulations or orders of the board, may be instituted before the board by any producer to whom the lawful price of milk has not been paid or to whom such price has not been fully paid, and such proceedings may also be instituted upon the board's own motion.
