The provisions of this act shall take effect January first, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, with the exception that the provisions of section two, 1 as respects the denominations of the glassware therein specified, shall not be held to require the abandonment of the use of glassware of other denominations in use at the time of the passage of this act, provided that the said glassware of other than standard denominations shall have been certified, after examination by the proper officer of the Pennsylvania Bureau of Standards, to be correct to their graduations.
