Pennsylvania Statutes Title 31 P.S. Food § 660f. Restraining sales and violations of act

The Attorney General may, at the instance of the secretary, in the name of the Commonwealth institute proceedings for the purpose of enjoining any person from offering milk, milk products or manufactured dairy products for sale without a permit as provided in this act or to enjoin violation of this act.
