No person shall sell milk that does not bear prominently the name and address of the processing plant and the designation “Certified Milk” or “Raw Milk” or “Milk for Pasteurization” or “Pasteurized Milk.” Other designations may be used with the designation of “Raw Milk” or “Pasteurized Milk,” provided the definition of such designation is filed with and approved by the “secretary.”
No person shall sell milk products that do not bear prominently the name and address or code number of the processor or manufacturer, the kind of milk products offered for sale, and the name and location of the milk plant in which the milk products are processed or manufactured.
