Pennsylvania Statutes Title 31 P.S. Food § 648. Renewal of permits

When an application for renewal of a permit has been regularly made and no notification of a hearing as above described has been sent the applicant by the secretary, the permit of the preceding year shall continue in full force until renewed or revoked in accordance with section 2 and section 3.  1
