Pennsylvania Statutes Title 24 P.S. Education § 2580. State treasurer to receive and pay over said appropriations

The state treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to record in his office the receipt of any and all appropriations received from the United States under said act of Congress,  1 and to transfer the same immediately to the treasurer of the Pennsylvania state college as required by said act, approved August 30, 1890.
