That whenever any county, under and by virtue of said act of Assembly, has acquired any land for any such school or schools, either by purchase or by condemnation, the title thereto shall vest in the county which paid therefor, and shall be deemed good and valid in law for all purposes, to the same extent as if such act of Assembly applied to all counties in this Commonwealth and was constitutional and valid.
