(1) It is an unlawful employment practice for a person that holds a license under ORS 475B.070, 475B.090, 475B.100 or 475B.110 to discharge, demote, suspend or in any manner discriminate or retaliate against an employee of the person with regard to promotion, compensation or other terms, conditions or privileges of employment on the basis that the employee has in good faith reported information to the Oregon Liquor Control Commission that the employee believes is evidence of a violation of a provision of ORS 475B.010 to 475B.395 or a rule adopted under a provision of ORS 475B.010 to 475B.395.
(2) This section is subject to enforcement under ORS chapter 659A.
