(1) An employee of a person licensed under ORS 475B.070, 475B.090, 475B.100 or 475B.110 has the right to form, join and participate in the activities of a labor organization of the employee's own choosing for the purpose of securing representation and collective bargaining for matters concerning employment relations with the person licensed under ORS 475B.070, 475B.090, 475B.100 or 475B.110.
(2) For purposes of this section, the provisions of ORS chapters 661 to 663 apply to relations between employees of persons licensed under ORS 475B.070, 475B.090, 475B.100 or 475B.110 and employers that are licensed under ORS 475B.070, 475B.090, 475B.100 or 475B.110 in the same manner that those provisions apply to other employment relations.
