An elector of this state who moves to another state after the 31st day before a primary or general election for President or for electors of President and Vice President, and who does not qualify to vote in the state of the elector's present residence, may vote for these offices in the primary or general election in this state. The ballot for a person voting under this section shall be marked “Presidential only.”
