Each commissioner appointed by the county court is entitled to five dollars for each day necessarily spent in making such reapportionment, besides his actual necessary expenses. Such fees and expenses are a charge against the village, and must be audited by the board of trustees. The amount thereof shall be added to the portion of the expense of constructing such sewerage system which is to be assessed against property specially benefited.
