Upon filing with the county clerk of a transcript of a judgment on the bond of a marshal, the county clerk shall make a memorandum on the bond of the time when and the court whereby such judgment was rendered and the amount thereof, and he shall be entitled to a fee of fifty cents therefor, which the court rendering the judgment shall have power to include therein; and the bond shall be reduced by the amount of the judgment.
