Nothing in this article shall be construed to give the consent of the state of New York to the purchase or acquisition by the United States of any tract, piece or parcel of land within the Adirondack park, except under circumstances described in subdivision two of section fifty-one of this article or pursuant to article eleven of the general municipal law or section thirty-four-a of the public lands law.
