The assembly shall consist of one hundred fifty members chosen from the districts described within and apportioned among the counties on the basis of the number of inhabitants of the state based on the Federal Census of two thousand twenty, as adjusted pursuant to the provisions of part XX of chapter fifty-seven of the laws of two thousand ten, as amended.
