New York Consolidated Laws, Public Service Law - PBS § 74-a. Westchester county renewable energy and energy efficiency resources program

1. Within ninety days of the effective date of this section, the commission shall, in consultation with the New York state energy research and development authority, after a hearing held on notice, establish by order, rules, and regulations, a program to encourage the installation of renewable energy resources and energy efficiencies in the county of Westchester.

2. For the purposes of this section, renewable energy resources and energy efficiency shall have the same meaning as defined by the commission and consistent with the most recent state energy plan pursuant to article six of the energy law.
