New York Consolidated Laws, Public Health Law - PBH § 381. State park health district;  board of health;  membership

Upon the making and filing of an order by the commissioner creating and establishing a state park health district pursuant to section three hundred eighty of this chapter, the local board of health of such district shall consist of the park commission, and ex officio, the state commissioner of health or his duly authorized representative.
