New York Consolidated Laws, Public Health Law - PBH § 380. State park health district;  establishment

The commissioner may in his discretion, from time to time, create health districts comprised exclusively of lands lying within the boundaries of a state park by filing in the office of the secretary of state an order defining generally the boundaries of such district or districts.
