New York Consolidated Laws, Public Buildings Law - PBB § 44. [Application of article]

The requirement in this article of approval of the office of general services or the commissioner of transportation shall not apply to works of art, buildings, bridges, arches, gates, fences or other structures or fixtures under the control of the department of mental hygiene or the health and mental hygiene facilities improvement corporation.  Action in such cases shall be taken and final approval given by the trustees of such corporation.
